Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end H2A visa applications, including PERM filings and worker documentation
- Recruit and screen qualified seasonal agricultural workers through digital platforms
- Coordinate transportation and housing arrangements for H2A workers
- Ensure compliance with DOL regulations and state agricultural labor laws
- Maintain accurate records and reporting for government audits
- Collaborate with farm owners to develop seasonal workforce plans
- Provide ongoing support to workers and employers throughout the season
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in H2A program management or agricultural recruitment
- Proficiency in DOL WHD forms and H2A visa regulations
- Strong bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish required)
- Experience with remote work tools and digital recruitment platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Agriculture, or related field
- Knowledge of New York State agricultural labor laws
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional site visits
