Responsibilities
- Crop Cultivation: Perform essential farming tasks including planting, weeding, irrigating, and harvesting seasonal crops with precision and care.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate and maintain agricultural machinery and equipment, including tractors and harvesters, under supervision.
- Packing & Processing: Assist in the sorting, grading, packing, and loading of harvested produce for distribution.
- Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized worksite, including repairing fencing and general farm upkeep.
- Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to all OSHA safety regulations, workplace health guidelines, and company protocols.
Qualifications
- Legal Eligibility: Valid H2A Visa or ability to obtain sponsorship. Must be authorized to work in the USA.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including bending, lifting, and standing outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Experience: Previous experience in agriculture, farming, or general labor is preferred but we provide on-the-job training.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work as part of a cohesive team.
- Language: Basic English proficiency is required for safety and communication purposes.
