Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end relocation processes for incoming professionals
- Coordinate housing searches, school enrollment, and community integration
- Administer relocation stipends and expense reimbursements
- Develop personalized relocation plans for clients
- Partner with local businesses to create relocation welcome packages
- Track relocation metrics and optimize client satisfaction
- Conduct Orlando neighborhood tours and resource consultations
Qualifications
- 3+ years in relocation coordination or client services
- Experience with relocation management systems (e.g., ReloQuest, TRC)
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean record
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
