Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation services for incoming professionals
- Partner with housing agencies to secure temporary/permanent accommodations
- Develop personalized relocation plans including school enrollment and community resources
- Conduct orientation sessions on local amenities, transportation, and cultural events
- Manage relocation budgets and expense reimbursement processes
- Build relationships with local vendors and service providers
- Track relocation outcomes and continuously improve service delivery
Qualifications
- 3+ years in relocation coordination or human resources support
- Experience with corporate relocation programs preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in relocation software (e.g., ReloTracker, MoveHub)
- Knowledge of Louisville/Kentucky housing markets and resources
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
