Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end relocation process for incoming employees, including scheduling movers and packing services.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employees, vendors, and real estate agents throughout the transition period.
- Assist with the setup of utilities, internet, and home services to ensure a smooth first day in Boston.
- Manage relocation budgets and process expense reports with high accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Conduct pre-move and post-move surveys to identify specific needs and ensure all requirements are met.
- Provide on-site support during move-in days and assist with any immediate issues that may arise.
- Maintain detailed records of all relocation activities and prepare weekly status reports for management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in logistics, human resources, customer support, or relocation services.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on customer service.
- Valid driverβs license and willingness to travel within the Greater Boston area.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with database management software.
- A valid background check and proof of eligibility to work in the United States are required.
