Responsibilities
- Coordinate comprehensive relocation packages including housing, transportation, and community integration support
- Act as primary liaison between relocating employees and service providers (real estate, movers, schools)
- Develop personalized relocation plans tailored to individual/family needs and budget constraints
- Manage relocation budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions while maintaining service quality
- Provide pre-move consultations and ongoing post-relocation support for up to 6 months
- Track and analyze relocation metrics to continuously improve program effectiveness
- Collaborate with HR departments to align relocation policies with company culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in relocation coordination or employee mobility roles
- Strong knowledge of Newark housing markets, school districts, and community resources
- Certification in Global Mobility (GRMC/GPHR) or equivalent preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to empathize during high-stress transitions
- Proficiency in relocation management software (e.g., TRC, Cartus) and MS Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple complex relocation projects simultaneously
- Valid NJ driver's license with clean driving record
