Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute hiring events in Detroit, MI and Georgia markets
- Screen and interview candidates for weekly pay positions on-site
- Process same-day job offers and complete new hire paperwork
- Track candidate metrics and event performance data
- Collaborate with hiring managers to fill urgent staffing needs
- Manage applicant tracking systems for real-time updates
- Provide exceptional candidate experience during high-volume events
Qualifications
- 2+ years recruitment or staffing experience
- Proven success in high-volume hiring environments
- Strong interview and assessment skills
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Valid driver's license for inter-state travel
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
