Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute virtual/in-person hiring events for Los Angeles-based clients
- Screen and pre-qualify candidates through video interviews and digital assessments
- Manage event logistics including scheduling, tech setup, and attendee communications
- Source passive candidates using ATS platforms and social recruiting tools
- Generate post-event analytics and candidate pipeline reports
- Collaborate with HR teams to align recruitment strategies with client needs
Qualifications
- 1+ years in recruitment, event coordination, or talent acquisition
- Proficiency with video conferencing tools (Zoom, Teams) and ATS platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with diverse candidate populations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible availability including evenings/weekends for event coverage
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Valid California driver's license for occasional local travel
