Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment strategies including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for high-level technical positions.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline using advanced sourcing techniques and social media platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, etc.).
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and define ideal candidate profiles.
- Manage the candidate experience from application to offer acceptance, ensuring a premium and seamless journey.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment channels in the Washington DC market.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track pipeline metrics and optimize recruitment workflows.
- Contribute to the development of recruitment collateral, including job descriptions and interview guides.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Technical Recruiting, specifically within the Washington DC or Northern Virginia metro area.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in IT, Software Engineering, or Data Science roles.
- Expert proficiency in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Taleo.
- Strong network of contacts within the local technology and government contracting communities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
