Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Execute full-cycle recruiting for technical positions, including Java, Python, and Cloud Engineers, utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search strategies.
- Interview Management: Conduct initial phone screens, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, and provide detailed candidate feedback.
- Market Intelligence: Research market trends to develop effective recruitment strategies and salary benchmarks.
- Job Marketing: Optimize job postings and manage company profiles on major job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn, Glassdoor).
- ATS Management: Maintain accurate candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System to ensure a smooth hiring pipeline.
- Collaboration: Partner with engineering leads to understand technical requirements and build long-term talent pipelines.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in technical recruiting, staffing, or human resources.
- Sourcing Skills: Proven ability to source passive candidates and utilize social media recruiting tools.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical stack requirements.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Tools: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Office Suite.
- Availability: Ability to commit to a consistent part-time schedule (e.g., 20-25 hours per week).
