Responsibilities
- Source & Screen: Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, and networking to identify high-quality technical candidates and conduct initial phone screenings.
- Interview Coordination: Manage the end-to-end interview process, scheduling meetings with hiring managers and coordinating candidate feedback.
- Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure a steady stream of qualified applicants for open roles.
- Client Communication: Provide regular updates to clients regarding candidate availability and interview schedules.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and update candidate statuses promptly.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in technical recruitment or staffing is preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and advanced search techniques on LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to commute to San Diego, CA.
