Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including vital sign monitoring and medication assistance
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Assist with patient mobility and daily living activities
- Coordinate with nursing staff for treatment plan implementation
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality at all times
- Participate in weekly team meetings and continuing education
Qualifications
- Ohio CNA certification or equivalent healthcare experience
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
