Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates via LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche tech forums during weekend shifts
- Conduct technical phone screens and virtual interviews for engineering roles
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: from sourcing to offer negotiation
- Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines for Austin's tech ecosystem
- Collaborate with hiring managers using ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred)
- Analyze market trends to refine sourcing strategies for weekend recruitment
- Document candidate interactions and maintain accurate CRM records
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with software engineering roles
- Proven success in weekend shift recruitment environments
- Deep understanding of Austin's tech landscape and hiring needs
- Expertise in Boolean search strings and Boolean logic
- Exceptional communication skills with technical stakeholders
- Certified Technical Recruiter (CTR) or equivalent preferred
- Proficiency in ATS systems and recruitment analytics tools
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
