Responsibilities
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for mid-to-senior level technical positions, including Software Engineering, Data Science, and Product Management.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pipelines using Boolean search, social networking, and industry events.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and conduct structured interviews.
- Manage the candidate experience from initial outreach through offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a seamless and engaging process.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs to optimize sourcing channels, reduce time-to-fill, and improve candidate quality.
- Build and maintain a strong network of passive candidates within the Seattle and broader Pacific Northwest tech community.
- Partner with the People Operations team to enhance employer branding and recruitment processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in technical recruiting, with a proven track record of filling roles in software development and IT.
- Deep understanding of the tech stack, including React, Node.js, Python, AWS, and cloud technologies.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong network of contacts within the Seattle tech ecosystem and experience in headhunting passive candidates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience managing complex, high-volume hiring cycles.
