Responsibilities
- Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage and update candidate pipelines.
- Assist in sourcing passive candidates through various online channels and networking.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Prepare candidate profiles and feedback reports for the recruitment team.
- Collaborate with team members to improve hiring strategies and processes.
- Maintain accurate records of all candidate interactions and hiring activities.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we provide full training.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with internet research.
- A strong desire to learn and grow within the human resources sector.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Valid driver’s license is a plus (for occasional client meetings).
