Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience in SaaS or tech sector
- Proven track record closing senior-level engineering roles
- Expertise in Boolean sourcing and passive candidate engagement
- Familiarity with engineering stacks (Python, React, Cloud)
- Strong analytical skills using recruitment metrics and KPIs
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar platforms)
- Experience with diversity-focused hiring initiatives
