Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and recruit qualified technical candidates for Direct Hire positions in the Houston area and beyond.
- Utilize SEO strategies and advanced search tools to identify top talent on LinkedIn, Indeed, and job boards.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including interviewing, assessing skills, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Build a pipeline of active candidates through networking and cold outreach.
- Provide market feedback to hiring managers regarding salary trends and candidate availability in the Houston tech market.
- Conduct virtual onboarding and orientation for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in technical recruiting or a related field within the Houston job market.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and how to leverage them for talent acquisition.
- Ability to work remotely with high autonomy and discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Must be eligible for direct hire employment in the United States.
