Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and workflow during the weekend shift.
- Ensure all safety protocols and company policies are strictly followed.
- Train, mentor, and supervise a team of 5-10 employees.
- Manage inventory levels and report discrepancies immediately.
- Handle customer and client inquiries with professionalism.
- Conduct shift briefings and performance reviews.
- Collaborate with the management team to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or lead role.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Familiarity with warehouse or manufacturing software is a plus.
