Responsibilities
- Operate Heavy Machinery: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other industrial equipment provided by the company.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport raw materials and finished products with precision and care.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform daily pre-shift inspections and basic maintenance checks on provided equipment to ensure safety standards are met.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols at all times.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and organizing warehouse spaces for maximum efficiency.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other staff members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- H2B Visa Eligibility: Must currently hold a valid H2B visa or be eligible to obtain one through sponsorship.
- Experience: Previous experience operating industrial equipment or working in a manufacturing/warehouse setting is preferred but not mandatory (training provided).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license required.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on safety, accuracy, and quality control.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours during the seasonal peak period.
