Responsibilities
- Monitor and inspect machinery and production lines during the night shift to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
- Perform detailed quality control checks using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
- Document inspection results and production data accurately in the ERP system.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the day shift team during handovers to ensure seamless production continuity.
- Identify and troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Manufacturing or Technical field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or quality control environment.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM or 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to read and interpret technical schematics and blueprints.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with data entry systems.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
