Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ night shift staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company standards
- Coordinate workflow distribution and production targets during overnight operations
- Conduct real-time quality control checks and implement corrective actions
- Manage inventory and supply chain logistics for seamless shift transitions
- Document shift reports and maintain accurate operational records
- Train new hires on equipment operation and emergency procedures
- Collaborate with day-shift supervisors for operational continuity
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in manufacturing or logistics
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions under pressure
- Proficiency in inventory management software (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Valid Oregon driver's license and reliable transportation
