Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and production workflows during weekend shifts.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality control standards.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of 15-20 hourly employees.
- Manage inventory levels, equipment maintenance schedules, and shift reports.
- Resolve operational issues and escalate concerns to upper management promptly.
- Foster a positive, high-performance work culture on the floor.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in operations management or manufacturing supervision.
- Proven track record of leading weekend shifts or 4x10 schedules.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations (OSHA) and quality assurance (ISO).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday) as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Engineering preferred.
