Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment for technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, IT Support).
- Source and screen candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other ATS platforms.
- Manage the full interview cycle, including scheduling and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future open positions.
- Collaborate with the team to refine job descriptions and employer branding strategies.
- Provide exceptional candidate experience and feedback throughout the process.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Boolean search techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Available to work part-time hours (20-30 hours per week).
- Reliable internet connection and professional workspace.
