Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment strategies to attract top technical talent across the US, specifically targeting roles in Seattle, WA and Chicago, IL.
- Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for urgent open positions.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Conduct effective phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Track key recruitment metrics and optimize processes to improve time-to-hire and quality of hire.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Staffing.
- Proven track record of successfully filling hard-to-fill roles, particularly in software engineering, data science, or product management.
- Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for networking events or team meetings.
