Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end relocation processes for transferees moving to Greensboro, NC
- Coordinate housing searches, school transitions, and community integrationProcess relocation reimbursements and expense reports within SLAs
- Conduct needs assessments and develop personalized relocation plans
- Partner with vendors (real estate, movers, schools) to ensure smooth transitions
- Document client interactions and maintain accurate relocation databases
- Provide exceptional customer service during high-stakes life transitions
Qualifications
- 2+ years in relocation coordination, HR, or customer service
- Deep knowledge of Greensboro neighborhoods, schools, and amenities
- Proficiency in relocation software (e.g., ReloQuest, TRC)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail
- Valid North Carolina driver's license with clean record
