Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation packages for corporate clients and their employees
- Manage housing searches, school transfers, and community integration support
- Develop customized relocation plans with budget analysis and vendor partnerships
- Provide virtual orientation sessions covering local resources and cultural adaptation
- Track relocation metrics and optimize processes for client satisfaction
- Collaborate with HR teams to align relocation policies with business goals
Qualifications
- 5+ years in corporate relocation coordination or HR mobility roles
- Proven experience with remote work and virtual client management
- Certification in Relocation Professional (CRP) or equivalent preferred
- Deep knowledge of Baton Rouge housing market, schools, and amenities
- Exceptional communication skills with cross-cultural sensitivity
- Advanced proficiency in relocation software (e.g., ReloTracker, TRC)
- Ability to travel 10% for client meetings and property tours
