Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation logistics for incoming professionals to Lexington, KY
- Research and recommend housing options, neighborhoods, and amenities based on client needs
- Facilitate school enrollment and provide guidance on local education systems
- Develop personalized welcome packets with community resources and cultural integration tips
- Manage relocation budgets and expense reimbursements using HRIS platforms
- Collaborate with third-party vendors (movers, realtors, temporary housing providers)
- Track relocation KPIs and continuously improve service delivery
Qualifications
- 3+ years in corporate relocation, HR, or customer service coordination
- Proven experience with relocation software (e.g., ReloQuest, TMC)
- Deep knowledge of Lexington, KY housing markets and community resources
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional local visits
- CPP or GMSR certification preferred
