Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end relocation processes for corporate employees and families
- Coordinate moving services, temporary housing, and school transitions
- Develop personalized relocation plans with budget management
- Build community partnerships for housing, education, and local services
- Provide ongoing support during relocation adjustment periods
- Track relocation metrics and optimize service delivery
- Collaborate with HR departments on policy implementation
Qualifications
- 3+ years in relocation coordination or customer service
- Experience with relocation software (e.g., ReloCert, MovePro)
- Strong conflict resolution and empathy skills
- Knowledge of Corpus Christi housing market and resources
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) preferred
