Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation logistics including housing searches, school transfers, and utility setups
- Provide personalized relocation consultations and resource guidance for incoming residents
- Manage vendor relationships with moving companies, real estate agents, and service providers
- Create customized relocation packages based on client needs and budgets
- Track relocation milestones and maintain detailed client documentation
- Assist with cultural orientation and neighborhood integration for new residents
- Collaborate with HR partners for corporate relocations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in relocation coordination or customer service
- Deep knowledge of Boston neighborhoods, schools, and local services
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in relocation software (e.g., ReloQuest, Cartus)
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work 20-25 hours/week with flexible scheduling
- Certification in Relocation Professional (CRP) preferred
- Fluency in English and Spanish highly desirable
