Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation processes for incoming employees to Durham, NC area
- Provide personalized relocation consultations and housing market guidance
- Manage relocation budgets and expense reimbursements efficiently
- Collaborate with third-party vendors (movers, realtors, schools) to ensure smooth transitions
- Develop customized relocation plans addressing individual employee needs
- Track relocation metrics and continuously improve service delivery
- Act as primary point of contact for relocating employees throughout the transition period
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional relocation coordination or HR experience
- Deep knowledge of Durham, NC housing market and community resources
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with empathy-driven approach
