Responsibilities

- Develop personalized relocation guides highlighting St. Petersburg's tech ecosystem and lifestyle benefits
- Facilitate virtual and in-person community introductions with local tech networks
- Manage relocation budget administration and vendor partnerships
- Conduct post-relocation follow-ups to ensure successful integration
- Collaborate with HR teams to streamline relocation workflows
- Track relocation metrics and continuously improve candidate experiences
Qualifications
- 2+ years in relocation coordination, HR, or customer-facing tech roles
- Deep knowledge of St. Petersburg's tech sector, neighborhoods, and amenities
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in relocation management software (e.g., ReloQuest, MoveSmart)
- Experience creating personalized relocation resources and itineraries
- Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for local meetings
