Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end relocation processes for incoming employees
- Coordinate housing searches and community integration resources
- Develop customized relocation plans based on employee needs
- Partner with vendors for moving services and temporary housing
- Conduct orientation sessions about Arlington amenities and culture
- Track relocation budgets and maintain compliance documentation
- Provide ongoing support during transition periods
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of corporate relocation or HR experience
- Strong knowledge of Arlington housing market and local resources
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in relocation management software (e.g., ReloQuest)
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) preferred
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
