As a Tech Relocation Specialist, you'll be the cornerstone of our clients' successful transition to Tampa, handling everything from visa processing to housing logistics. This role offers remote flexibility with quarterly in-person team meetups in our downtown Tampa office.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation packages for tech professionals (H1B, L1, O1 visas)
- Manage housing search, lease negotiations, and neighborhood orientation
- Facilitate school enrollment for dependents and spouse employment support
- Partner with local tech companies to ensure smooth onboarding
- Track relocation metrics and continuously improve client satisfaction
- Develop Tampa-specific relocation guides and resource networks
Qualifications
- 5+ years in corporate relocation or HR tech specialization
- Expert knowledge of US immigration processes (PERM, I-140)
- Experience with relocation management systems (like Cartus or Worldwide ERC)
- Strong Tampa market knowledge (housing, schools, cost of living)
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation preferred
- Exceptional cross-cultural communication skills
- Proficiency in data analysis for relocation metrics
