Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation logistics including housing searches, school transfers, and community integration
- Develop personalized relocation plans for transferees and their families
- Act as primary point of contact for pre- and post-relocation support
- Manage vendor relationships with moving companies, real estate agents, and service providers
- Track relocation budgets and ensure compliance with company policies
- Provide cultural adaptation resources for international moves
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of corporate relocation or HR coordination experience
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in relocation management software (e.g., ReloQuest, TRC Global)
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) preferred
