Responsibilities
- Design and execute personalized relocation plans covering moving logistics, housing assistance, and cultural integration
- Manage vendor relationships with moving companies, real estate agents, and temporary housing providers
- Conduct relocation budgeting and expense reporting for international and domestic transfers
- Serve as primary point of contact for relocating employees throughout their transition journey
- Develop and maintain relocation policies aligned with industry best practices and legal requirements
- Analyze relocation data to optimize program effectiveness and cost efficiency
- Coordinate with immigration specialists for international assignment support
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in corporate relocation management or HR coordination
- Proven expertise in designing relocation packages for domestic and international transfers
- Strong negotiation skills with moving companies and housing providers
- Proficiency in relocation management software (e.g., ReloQuest, Cartus)
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to handle sensitive relocation situations
- SPHR or GPHR certification preferred
- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Valid driver's license with clean record
