Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates using various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals).
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Update and maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build and nurture a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Conduct market research to identify recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in technical recruitment or human resources.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
