Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, DevOps).
- Sourcing candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and networking events.
- Screening and interviewing candidates to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Managing the candidate pipeline and coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Negotiating offers and closing candidates to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Collaborating with the sales and engineering teams to understand hiring needs.
- Maintaining accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Staffing.
- Proven experience with full-cycle recruitment and sourcing strategies.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred.
