Responsibilities
- Perform daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, and shipping orders efficiently.
- Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Conduct inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies accurately.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and weekly productivity targets.
- Load and unload trucks and containers following safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Eligibility for H2B non-immigrant work visa sponsorship.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training is a plus.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use warehouse management systems.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
