Responsibilities
- Perform efficient loading and unloading of freight trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Conduct accurate inventory checks and maintain organized stockrooms.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
- Package and label goods securely for domestic and international shipping.
- Operate warehouse management systems to track shipments and update logs.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Current valid H2B Visa status or eligibility to obtain one.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software is a plus.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends during peak season.
- Valid Driver’s License is preferred.
