Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Load/unload shipments and organize inventory efficiently
- Maintain clean and safe work environment per OSHA standards
- Assist in inventory counts and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
- Participate in seasonal peak-demand periods
Qualifications
- Valid H2B visa eligibility (proof required)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic English communication skills
- Availability for full-time seasonal schedule (March-Sept 2026)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Must be physically able to stand/walk 8+ hours daily
