Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Load, unload, and stage merchandise according to shipping labels and safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment at all times.
- Perform inventory checks and assist with cycle counting to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and throughput targets.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding workflow and potential issues.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for or currently hold a valid H2B Visa (or eligible for sponsorship).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and overtime as required.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written) for effective communication.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing is preferred but not required.
