We are currently looking for a reliable Warehouse Logistics Associate to manage inventory, operate heavy machinery, and ensure our distribution center runs smoothly. Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks in a safe and efficient manner.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and ensure accurate stock placement in the warehouse.
- Unload, inspect, and prepare shipments for delivery using proper safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize shipping schedules and reduce turnaround times.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of delivery trucks, ensuring proper weight distribution and secure strapping.
- Complete daily shift reports and document any equipment maintenance needs immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; trade school certification is a plus.
- Basic English proficiency is required for safety communication.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is highly preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Valid driver's license (if operating company vehicles).
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
