Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials to and from storage areas, production lines, and loading docks.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain proper stock rotation (FIFO).
- Package and prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring all labeling and documentation are correct.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a secure workplace.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Valid H2B Visa status or eligibility to obtain one.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic English language proficiency for communication.
- Reliable transportation to the El Paso, TX location.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime during peak seasons.
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
