Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops (Apples, Corn, Dairy operations).
- Operate agricultural machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform general farm maintenance, including cleaning equipment and irrigation systems.
- Follow strict safety protocols and workplace regulations to ensure a safe environment.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Monitor crop health and report any issues to supervisors immediately.
Qualifications
- Work Authorization: Must be eligible for or currently holding a valid H2A visa.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform strenuous physical labor for extended periods.
- Experience: Prior experience in farming, agriculture, or general labor is preferred but not always required.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency for safety instructions and teamwork.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, hardworking, and willing to work long hours during peak seasons.
