Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including planting, watering, weeding, and harvesting crops in various weather conditions.
- Operate and maintain farm machinery, including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems.
- Assist in the packing, sorting, and loading of agricultural products for distribution.
- Follow strict safety protocols and company guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Monitor crop health and report any signs of disease or pest infestation to supervisors.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Collaborate with the farm crew to meet daily production targets efficiently.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid H2A Visa or be eligible to obtain sponsorship.
- Previous experience in agriculture, farming, or farm labor is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Basic knowledge of farm equipment or machinery is a plus.
