Responsibilities
- Perform essential seasonal labor tasks, including sorting, packing, and loading products efficiently and accurately.
- Operate warehouse machinery and forklifts safely, with certification provided upon hiring.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for quality and correct specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and operational deadlines.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of seasonal production lines.
Qualifications
- Current H2B Visa status or the ability to obtain sponsorship through our agency.
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
- Basic English reading and writing skills for safety compliance and communication.
- Previous experience in agriculture, hospitality, or general labor is a plus but not mandatory.
