Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including planting, cultivating, and harvesting seasonal crops.
- Operate agricultural machinery, tractors, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor crop health and apply fertilizers or pesticides under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety standards.
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety protocols and guidelines strictly.
- Assist in loading and transporting harvested goods to storage facilities.
- Communicate effectively with crew leads regarding daily schedules and task priorities.
Qualifications
- Must hold a valid H2A visa or be eligible for sponsorship.
- Physically fit and able to perform strenuous outdoor labor for extended periods.
- Previous experience in commercial farming or agriculture is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and early morning shifts.
- Basic mechanical skills and knowledge of farm equipment.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well within a diverse team.
