Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including planting, weeding, irrigating, and harvesting various crops.
- Operate agricultural machinery and heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor crop health and apply fertilizers or pesticides as directed by supervisors.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, safe, and organized at all times.
- Load and unload produce for transport and distribution to local markets.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies strictly.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other crew members.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for or willing to obtain H2A Visa sponsorship.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor environments.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work long hours during peak planting and harvesting seasons.
- Basic knowledge of farming or agriculture is a plus but not required.
- Fluency in English is preferred.
