Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort seasonal produce and goods with speed and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety compliance.
- Assist in the packing and preparation of shipments for distribution.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely according to OSHA guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and international colleagues.
- Adhere to all farm safety protocols and weather-related procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the United States (H2B Visa sponsorship available).
- Must have a valid US Driver's License.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly in various weather conditions.
- Basic English proficiency for safety instructions.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Willingness to work long hours, including weekends and holidays.
