Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops according to established schedules.
- Operate and maintain agricultural machinery and equipment, such as tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems.
- Monitor crop health and apply appropriate fertilizers, pesticides, and irrigation techniques.
- Load, unload, and transport harvested goods to storage or distribution centers.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and workplace protocols to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Assist in general farm maintenance, including fence repair and land clearing.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for and willing to work under H2A visa sponsorship (US Citizen or Green Card holder not required).
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of farming operations or a strong willingness to learn.
- Reliable transportation to the workplace.
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well within a team.
